How we works

1. Get in Touch With Us
Reach us through call, mail, whatsapp, or fill our query form along with your plot details and basic requirements. One of our consultants will brief you our services and procedure.
2. Getting to Know Your Reuirements
Once you are on board after approval on offered services a project manager will be assigned to you. We will be having few rounds of chats with you to understand your requirements in detail.
3. Concept Designing
The designer will come up with proposed concept design considering your requirements, plot and Vastu, for your review and feedback, be ready to spend some time away from your busy schedules for discussion.
4. Correction & Modification
After reviewing the concept design within your family, now its time to discuss with your project manager about the changes and modifications required. Considering the feedback given by you, designer will come up with the revised design. This will be repeated as per your satisfaction.
5. Design Handover
On the completion of your project we will mail all the drawings in PDF format or soft copies on special request over the mail.
6. Online Support
Once we handover the final design, our relationship doesn’t end there, we do provide online / telephonic consultancy during Execution.
Professional 2D Layout Services - Pricing Structure
Basic 2D Layout Service:
For residential or commercial spaces up to 1,000 square feet:
Price: Rupee 1999/- Only
Advance Payment: 50% of the estimated total cost due before project initiation.
Unlimited Revisions: Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Standard 2D Layout Service:
For residential or commercial spaces between 1,000 and 2,500 square feet:
Price: Rupee 2499/- Only
Advance Payment: 50% of the estimated total cost due before project initiation.
Unlimited Revisions : Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Premium 2D Layout Service:
For larger residential or commercial spaces above 2,500 square feet:
Price: 3 Rupee per square footAdvance Payment: 50% of the estimated total cost due before project initiation.
Unlimited Revisions : Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Additional Services:
Site Visit and Measurement:
Price: ₹500 (one-time fee)
Advance Payment: 50% of the estimated total cost due before the site visit.
Unlimited Revisions: Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Revisions and Edits:
Unlimited Revisions: Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Revision and Edits after 14 Days: ₹999 per instance
Rush Services:
For projects below 1000 sq. feet: Extra ₹999 for rush service
For projects between 1000 sq.ft to 2500 sq.ft: Extra ₹1499 for rush service
Advance Payment: 50% of the estimated total rush service cost due before project initiation.
Unlimited Revisions: Available within 14 days from the initial delivery.
Notes:
The remaining 50% of the total cost will be invoiced upon project completion.Travel expenses, if applicable, will be billed separately.All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to taxes as per applicable laws.
